Steve Sinclair has been charged with attempted murder<\/a> and a bias-motivated crime after the attack in an Aurora, Colorado<\/a>, apartment complex on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The victim, who has been identified on a fundraising page<\/a> as Michael Conner, has suffered severe injuries, including a collapsed lung, according to KCNC-TV<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Several witnesses told the cops<\/a> that they saw Sinclair stab the man as Conner tried to run away.<\/p>\n
