On May 18, 2017, Michael Darby was walking his dogs along a nature trail when he was shot by a stranger. Mike was one of the six known victims of young serial killer Fredrick Scott, who had said that he wanted to “kill all white people.” Mike left behind three children, nine grandchildren, and his best friend and business partner of about 35 years.
