On June 12, 2018, William Booker was killed in a parking dispute. William was visiting his girlfriend when Quintin Lowe parked his car in a way that blocked William’s motorcycle. When Quintin was asked to move, he and William got into an argument. William rode away and Quintin chased him; when he caught up at a traffic light, Quintin leaned out his window and fired over a dozen shots, one of which hit William in the back. William started to ride away again but soon collapsed in the middle of the street.
