White man defending his girlfriend from 2 men, knocks out black aggressor. He is then charged with assault for knocking out the aggressor, but is found not guilty and will be able to seek restitution.
If I were this white guy I’d consider breaking up with the woman. The type of woman who walks up to a black and shoves him with zero awareness that she’s just gotten you into a fight with 2 men, is the type who will constantly be dragging you into unnecessary conflict. Good for him on winning, hopefully he is more race conscious now than he was before.
