On April 2, 2016, Brian E. Szabo was murdered in his sleep. Nigel Walker had been romantically involved with one of Brian’s daughters; when Nigel had trouble finding a place to stay, the Szabo family took him in. In the early morning, Nigel entered Brian’s bedroom and stabbed the 55-year-old in the neck. Nigel was found “not guilty by reason of insanity.”
