On February 20, 2016, Savannah Walker was found in the basement of a burned-out house. Her mother’s boyfriend, Marcus Hightower, had suffocated her to death with a pillow. He also killed he 4-year-old’s mother by stabbing her in the neck. Then he moved their bodies to an abandoned building and set it on fire.
