A black police officer who allegedly paid hitmen to murder a white man in 2017 was allowed to stay on the force for a year and a half after evidence emerged of his guilt.
The police chief who made the decision to keep this dangerous thug on the force was a black woman who in 2019 purged numerous white officers for “offensive” comments they made on Facebook.
